BU’UL

CELEBRATING THE HEART OF MEXICAN CUISINE

Freshness, seasonality and personality converge on the plate at Bu’ul, with contemporary cuisine influenced by the culinary traditions of central and southern Mexico, complemented by a spectacular wine list. Bu’ul is the Mayan word for bean. The use of garden-grown corn, beans and fruit inspire Chef Jorge Vallejo’s influence on Bu’ul’s menu, and Resident Executive Chef Luis Quiroz adds his unique interpretation to the restaurant experience.

Even the setting is sublime, with indoor seating in a spacious, inviting ambiance featuring artistically rendered local materials, and outdoor seating serenaded by the sound of the waves.
